Course description
Wenn man abends in Spaniens Städten unterwegs ist, gibt es in vielen Bars und Bodegas statt "Tapas" oft "Pinchos", das sind Spieße mit feinen Sachen. Auf dem Programm stehen daher Hackfleischbällchen also "Albondigas" mit Datteln und Mandeln in pikanter Sherrysauce. "Croquetas" mit Seranoschinken, Jacobsmuscheln oder Seeteufelmedaillons mit Maracuja Vinaigrette, Schweinefilet und gefüllte Tomaten sowie weitere Gaumenfreuden, die sich leicht aufspießen lassen.
