Course description
Die im Aufbaukurs geübten Bewegungsfolgen des Tai Ji Quan mit 24 Folgen sowie das 'Pushing Hands' beziehungsweise 'Partner-Tai Ji' werden verfeinert und vertieft. Neben dem Basistraining lernen Sie weitere Tai Ji-Stile kennen.
Voraussetzung: Aufbaukurs oder mehrere Jahre Praxis einer anderen asiatischen Kampfkunst.
