Course description
Ziel: Die Schwertkunst des Tai Ji Quan in einer angenehm entspannten Atmosphäre kennenlernen. Die Geschmeidigkeit und Flinkheit des Tai Ji Quan wird mit der Anmut und Eleganz der Schwertkunst vereinigt.
Voraussetzung: Grundkurs im Tai Ji Quan.
Nutzen für Beruf und Alltag: Stressabbau, Stärkung der Gesundheitskompetenz.
Lockere Kleidung und Hallenschuhe sind geeignet.
