Course description
Die gelenkschonende Wirbelsäulengymnastik unterstützt die Haltung und beugt Rückenschmerzen vor. Das Bewegungstraining löst Verspannungen, stabilisiert und kräftigt die Körpermitte und sorgt für mehr Flexibilität. Ergänzende wohltuende Entspannungsübungen sind Bestandteil des Kurses.
