In diesem Kurs werden Dehnungs-, Kräftigungs- und Koordinationsübungen angeboten, wobei teilweise Handgeräte zur Anwendung kommen. Ziel ist es, muskuläre Dysbalancen auszugleichen und sowohl leistungsfördernd als auch prophylaktisch auf den gesamten Bewegungs- und Stützapparat zu wirken. Bitte Handtuch und ein Getränk mitbringen.
