Course description
Wir beginnen mit einfachen Übungen am Platz um unsere Kondition zu verbessern. Danach folgen Stretching, Kräftigung und Koordination und wir gönnen uns noch ein bisschen Wellness zur Entspannung. Es wird immer der ganze Körper durchgearbeitet mit abwechslungsreichem Training.
