Course description
Wir beginnen mit einfachen Übungen am Platz, um unsere Kondition zu verbessern. Danach folgen Stretching, Kräftigung und Koordination. Es wird immer der ganze Körper durchgearbeitet mit einem abwechslungsreichen Training.
