Englisch C1/C2 online: London Calling - A journey through British Culture

Sit back, fasten your seatbelt and let me take you through the eccentricities and idiosyncrasies of British Culture, past and present. We’ll go on a trip through literature, film and TV, music, art, architecture and archaeology and some British characters and celebrities. And we might even talk about food and drink along the way! We’ll visit UK institutions, including the Houses of Parliament, the Royals, and Brexit, and explore British traditions – old, new, but always odd – using news reports, articles, video, music and other media. There will be lots of discussion and lots of vocabulary and our two hours together will fly by. So, book your seat now and enjoy the trip! Materials will be provided by the teacher.
