IELTS Vorbereitungskurs: Ihr Weg zum Erfolg This course is ideally suited for candidates who would like to sit the IELTS exam. We will examine the different sections of the exam, as well as use practice materials to familiarize ourselves with the exam format and how to go about answering questions. Students will build up their knowledge of vocabulary and various English structures which can be used, and how to go about getting the best score possible. Typical topics: Everyday life, Society, Environment, Work, Travel, Media etc. Grammar topics: Tenses, Word Order, Adjectives, Adverbs, Linking Words. Ihre Kursleitung: Philip Cronin ist in Cork, Irland, aufgewachsen und hat Germanistik und Geschichte studiert. Außerdem hat er erfolgreich den CELTA-Kurs (Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) absolviert und ein Zertifikat für das Unterrichten von Business-Englisch von International House erworben. 2011 kam er nach Berlin und unterrichtet seit 2012 an den Berliner Volkshochschulen Kurse von A1 bis C1-Niveau. Herr Cronin legt großen Wert darauf, dass die Teilnehmer*innen so viel wie möglich miteinander und auch mit der Kursleitung auf Englisch sprechen und Spaß dabei haben.
