Course description
Ein lernintensiver Kurs für fortgeschrittene Teilnehmende (mind. 4 Jahre Ballett). Nach dem System Vaganova wird das Stangenexercise in der "Mitte" weitergeführt. Es werden bereits große Posen unterrichtet. Mittels kurzer klassischer Variationen werden Wendungen, Pirouetten sowie kleine, mittlere und große Sprünge erlernt. Um die Bewegungsqualität zu verbessern werden Koordination, Dynamik und Konditionsaufbau besonders berücksichtigt. Neben dem Kennenlernen und Erproben der Musik- und Tanzstile fördert Tanzen die Haltung, Koordination und körperliche Beweglichkeit.
