Englisch B2/C1 - Conversation and Vocabulary

You already have a good understanding of English, but you lack confidence in speaking, especially in social situations. This course uses themes of common concern to get you talking one-to-one. In each session, you discuss three to four subjects taken from English and American newspaper articles. You change your speaking partner each time, which means you get to speak intensively to at least three different people each lesson. By the end of the course you will have had countless conversations with people of all ages and from all walks of life. Some themes may be concluded with a short group discussion when appropriate. The vocabulary section aims to boost your word power through multiple-choice tests. Materials will be provided by the teacher. Matt Cartas is an American with a passion for languages. Since being trained in Japan, he has more than a decade of qualified teaching experience and has taught in several different countries. Matt moved to Berlin in 2014, and enjoys exploring the many different sides of the city and it's surroundings. He's an avid rock climber, photographer, and fan of live music. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!
